All students and staff using MRIT transport are expected to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable commute for everyone.

• Students should reach the designated stops at least 5–10 minutes before the arrival time of the bus at the stop. Bus will not wait.
  
• Bus pass will be issued to the students. Traveling by college bus without a valid bus pass is not allowed.
  
• The student must keep the bus pass issued by the college with him/her.
  
• If a student fails to show the bus pass at the time of checking he/she can be heavily fined.
  
• Using mobiles with loud speaker 'on' is not allowed in the college bus.
