Nadar Saraswathi College of Engineering & Technology,a Top Class Engineering and Technology College was founded by the Theni Melpettai Hindu NadargalUravinmurai. The College was founded in the year 2010 with Mr T Rajamohan, B.Sc as its President and Mr P P Ganesh, B.Sc as Vice President. The College was set up to uplift Rural Students and nurture them with excellence. The Institution focuses on moulding outstanding Engineers as responsible citizens and professionals.

The College stands in a Rural setting of 21 Acres with peaceful and pollution-free surroundings at Annanji Post, Vadapudupatti, Theni(Dt), Vadaveeranaickenpatty, Tamil Nadu. The nearest Bus Stop to the College is Periyakulam Bus Stand which is 13.6 Kms away from the College. Madurai is the closest Railway Station.

NSCET is approved by the All India Council for Technical Training (AICTE). New Delhi and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and is accredited in "A" Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It has an NIRF Ranking in the 151-200 Band in the "Engineering" Category.

• Passed Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects at 10+2 level/ Vocational stream with 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ ST)

M.E - 2 Year Course

Admission Process

• The college offers ME in 2 specializations at the PG level. Candidates with a BE/B.Tech degree and 50% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for the course.
  
• Admission to ME is based on the valid score in TANCET. However, GATE qualified candidates will be given preference during admission.

Eligibility

• BE/ B.Tech in the concerned discipline with 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ ST).

The College is committed to promote sports activities towards the all-round growth of its students. The campus has 6000 sq.ft. indoor facilities for Chess, Carom, Table Tennis, Volley Ball and Badminton and out-Door facilities for Volley Ball, Foot Ball, Tennis, Ball Badminton. We have two qualified Physical Education staff to train the students. Students sent for participating in the Inter-Collegiate Sports and games have won many trophies in various events. Our Volley ball team is an unbeaten State Champion and has won many tournaments in national level inter-collegiate matches.
