About Institute

The institute was established in the year 1991 at Nagaon in Dhule district of Khandesh region of Maharashtra state.

This institution is imparting the best quality education to the society as it has been done by Nagaon Education Society, started at by Late Hon. Annasaheb Dattatray Waman Patil with a view to make enormous opportunities for the rural masses in higher and technical education since last 26 years. As on date the institute is spread over 4.63 hectors area and provides accommodation for College building, office, classrooms, drawing halls, laboratories, workshops etc. with built up area of 17000 m² .

All laboratories, classrooms etc are designed as per the norms of statutory bodies. The institution has a good collection of reference books, textbooks, periodicals and journals.

The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Government of Maharashtra, and is affiliated to North Maharashtra University Jalgaon.

The Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff of the institute is a blend of senior experienced and young dynamic faculty members devoted to the noble cause of education.  Many of our students were the toppers in the university examinations.

Our training and placement wing tries hard to seek good jobs for our students. In addition to the academics, the students are engaged in sports and cultural activities to provide a healthy relief from rigorous academic routine. The institute is having specious ground and the modern facilities for both indoor and out door games for mental as well as physical fitness. Many of our students have topped at University, state and National level in different technical events.

The institute at present provides four-year course leading to Bachelor’s Degree from North Maharashtra University in five disciplines as Civil, Computer, Mechanical,  Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering and one post-graduate studies in Electronics and Telecommunication (Digital Electronics). The Institute has also established Research Centers for Ph.D. programme in Mechanical Engineering.

NOTE: Candidates not appearing for above MHT-CET – 2022-23 or invalid score in above JEE are eligible for the institute level seats i.e. seats remaining vacant after DTE CAP Rounds.

Gangamai College B.Tech Eligibility 

For admission at Gangamai College of Engineering, one must 

• Pass 10+2 Higher Secondary education with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Biology, and English as their mandatory subjects. 
• The minimum aggregate score is 45% from CBSE/ICSE/ State Board. (5% of relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST category students)
• For the direct second year/ BE Lateral Entry, candidates must have completed a polytechnic diploma from any AICTE recognized college.

M. Tech in Gangamai College of Engineering

• The institute offers one M.Tech Degree Program, and it is for two years.  M Tech is available in Electronics & Communication Engg. The annual intake capacity is 18 seats.
• If you wish to be eligible for the M. Tech, you need to do the B. Tech with good performance and a 50% minimum aggregate score. 
• DTE decides the eligibility and selection criteria for admission at Gangamai College of Engineering. 
• Thus, students have to register online for CAP through DTE Website. Then, based on GATE results, students can fill CAP application form

Scholarship Provisions : 

Fees structure for open general- 51865 for 1 year. And scholarship is available for obc, ebc, sc, st, nt, vj, etc. For obc/ebc fees is about 29138. Campus interviews and placements are available in college .

In my college the most poor student like me are studying. Because college offer the scholarship D.V.Patil,in this only few amount are fees are taken from student so the poor student not worried about the fees and take the admission easily. Also D.V.Patil is the name of college trusty.
