Nehru Institute of Engineering and Technology is a self-financing Engineering College, Approved by AICTE, New Delhi and Affiliated to Anna University Chennai, and Accredited by NAAC & NBA. NIET is established in the year 2006, under the able leadership of our Founder Chairman, Shri. P. K. Das is entering into its fifteenth successful year by marching ahead towards achieving the Vision and Mission of the Founder Chairman under the guidance of the most respected Managing Trustee Adv. Dr.P.Krishna Das, and the most beloved CEO and Secretary Dr.P.Krishna Kumar.

In its fifteenth year of establishment, NIET has evolved into a multidisciplinary, research-focused and student centric Institution offering 11 academic programs, 8 at the Undergraduate level and 3 at Postgraduate level. Admission Procedure

NIET Coimbatore courses are offered at UG, PG level. There are 20 courses offered at NIET Coimbatore. The courses are offered in fields like Engineering, Computer Applications, Management. Admission Process

NIET Coimbatore B.Tech admissions are based on TNEA score. The NIET Coimbatore B.Tech cutoff for 2024 ranges around 71392 - 195818 for SC Category. You can check the course wise cutoff in the table below.

M.E / M.B.A - 2 Year Course

Admission Process

• The applications are received directly from an individual or through online.
  
• Applicants will be intimated through telephone calls regarding the certificate verification and fees payment.
  
• They must present themselves along with their parents/Guardian on the date and the time mentioned.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant specialization, with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
