Eligibility criteria

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects and should have secured a minimum of 50% marks (for general category candidates) and 40% marks (for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in aggregate.
  
• For Govt. only students having a domicile of Andhra Pradesh will be able to participate. For Private medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh, both domicile and Non-domicile students can participate.
  

Scholarship

• Student should be admitted in B.Tech Programmes at the Institute of Technology
  

Additional Information

The scholarship will be renewed every year subject to the following conditions:

• During the entire previous year the conduct of the student is good
  
• The student should maintain merit and get PPI of 7.0 and above and should have passed all courses of study in the first attempt in the previous year
  
• The student is not caught in unfair means in any of the examinations conducted either by the Institution or by the University
  
• The student maintains full attendance except the absence with genuine reasons for which the permission of the HoI is obtained particularly in case of illness
  

Placement

After completing their academic years, MBBS students undertake a compulsory one‑year rotating internship at the attached hospital, gaining hands‑on experience in various clinical departments.
