Panimalar Medical College Hospital & Research Institute is a Christian Minority Institution of Higher Education established in the year 2017 in accordance with the general policy of the Government of Tamilnadu.  It is  governed by the “Jaisakthi Educational Trust”, Chennai.  The Trust aims at imparting quality Engineering, Medical, Nursing and other Healthcare-based Professional Education for aspiring youth.
