About College

Located in the historic city of Aurangabad, P. E. S. College of Engineering was established in 1994. It is situated in NAGASENVAN, a 200 acre spread over land of 22 acres. Its aim is to set up a standard in Technical Education so as to provide greater opportunities to aspiring engineers so as to have an overall development of individual as well as of the society.

The intake capacity of the college is 330 and offers Full Time Regular 4 years Undergraduate B. Tech. Courses in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering. We also offer Post Graduate Courses in Civil Engineering, Electrical Power Systems. and Computer Science Engineering.

We have obtained NAAC Accreditation with B+ Grade. We have set high standards in Curricular, Co-Curricular & Extra-Curricular activities. We follow defined Student-Staff Ratio, specified Computer Ratio, Digital Library Work and Excellent Industry Institution Interaction. We follow outcome based education system and follow national and international standards.

The People's Education Society, founded by Bharatratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar at Mumbai in 1945, is having a network of numerous educational of higher learning. PES College of Engineering (PESCOE) admission is based on various national and state-level entrance exams, followed by the counselling. PES college of Engineering offers various UG and PG, programs under various specializations. Admission to the flagship B.Tech program is done on the basis of JEE Main or MHT-CET scores followed by counselling. The institute accepts GATE scores for M.Tech admissions and counseling for the same is done through CCMT.

Students work out here regularly With a view to developing the all-around personality of the students, the institute gives equal importance to both curricular and extra-curricular activities. It is the constant endeavor of the institute to see that the students grow intellectually and physically. College firmly believes in “Healthy mind resides in a healthy body”. So we provide gymkhana within the college campus. The Gymnasium remains open in the morning and in the evening. The student can join the gym according to his convenience. All new equipment is provided in the gym and the right guidance is given by teachers and seniors. The gym is strictly for college students.

    The college has one of the best libraries in the field of technical education. The central library of PES Engineering College, Aurangabad was established in 1994 to supplement classroom teaching and boost research. The library provides access to a vast collection of books including Encyclopedia, Handbooks, Reference books, textbooks, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Literature, books on Aptitude tests, Personality Development, Management, etc. There are 28,200 books and the library subscribes vivid 51 International and National journals. The Library is fully computerized and online books are issued. The OPAC and online Catalog browsing is an excellent facility made available.
