Selection of the candidates is done through Counselling conducted by DTE Karnataka. Seats are allocated on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance examination, availability of seats, category, and other factors. The first-year fee for B.E at PESCE Mandya is INR 76,800 which is payable at the time of admission.

A library is the heart of an academic institution. Our institution encourages all students and staff members to make best use of the library that has been carefully built up since the inception of the college. PES College of Engineering central library has emerged as a centre of attraction with its modern library features, updated collections. It has crossed many milestones, & developmental stages, by its continuous resource enrichment, continuous infrastructural developments, and On-time implementation of new technologies since from its establishment in the year 1962.

The institution has a good central library housed in administrative block and occupies total area of 13,099.38 sq ft. three sections in the library are lending, reference and book bank sections. 100 students can study in the library at a time. Library is fully automated & digitized.

A separate wing of the library is catering to the needs of the MBA Program.

VSVM Boys hostel (off campus)

Situated 1km away from the campus and very close to central bus stand.

Number of rooms:67 double and 3 quad occupants.

Number of inmates: 146

Amenities -> Canteen

P.E.S. College of engineering was established in 1962. The college is providing quality education to the students since its inception. The college has got all the student amenities like hostels, canteen, transportation and sports facilities. The college canteen is run in a separate building within the college campus and it is catering to the food requirement of the students, the canteen is fully furnished and it can accommodate 250 students at a time, there is a separate wing for boys & girls. The kitchen is well equipped with latest cooking system like gas, purified water and having well experienced cooks. The food items served in the canteen is very hygienic & at reasonable rates it is running under a self service scheme in addition to south Indians food and north Indian foods. The tenderer also selling baked food product so as to meet the requirement. As the preventive method no soft-drinks like Coca-cola, Pepsi are not allowed in the college canteen. Smoking is also strictly prohibited in the canteen but also in the entire college campus so it is called as a smoke free campus.
