RVS Educational Trust's Group of Institutions (RVS Group) is established by the RVS Educational Trust under the Chairmanship of Dr. K.V.Kupusamy in 2009 and it is one of the Premier & Esteemed Institute in Tamil Nadu. To quote the Chairman - "I strongly believe that, there can be no better way to drive and improve our nation’s prosperity and social economic well-being than through its education system." Dr K Senthil Ganesh is the Managing Trustee and Dr Mythili S is the Director.

The College is located at R V S Nagar, Karur Road, N. Paraipatti, Vedasandur, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, on an 18 Acre Campus in a congenial natural setting, 7 Km away from the city, the peaceful environment in the campus provides ideal atmosphere for academic pursuit, concentrated studies and research. The institute boasts of a student- friendly environment. The institute’s link with the industries around has proven to be benefit to our students. Dindigul Railway Station is at a distance of 10 Kms and Madurai Airport is 85 Kms from the College campus.

The RVS Group is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The Integrated Campus consists of RVS School of Architecture, Dindigul and RVS School of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul. The RVS College of Arts & Science is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council with an A-Grade.

The RVS Group has a wide range of Academic Course options for student's to choose from. It offers B.E (7), B.Tech (2), B.Arch (1) and 2 (M.E) course options. The Institute is guided and monitored by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), which among other parameters monitors the Teaching Standard and Quality very closely to ensure overall high levels of instruction. Admissions under Government Quota is made by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu based on the Higher Secondary School Marks.Admissions under Management Quota is made by the college based on the common entrance examination conducted by the ‘Consortium of Self-Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges in Tamil Nadu, Chennai’ (CET). There are a wide range of Scholarships available. Admission Procedure:

Admission to B.E. and B.Tech programs is primarily through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) process, which considers candidates' performance in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations. Applicants must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing at least 45% aggregate marks for general category students. The application window for TNEA 2025 is expected to open between May and June 2025, Alternatively, candidates can seek admission through the Management Quota, which involves direct application to the college. This process may include an institutional entrance test and a personal interview.

Admission Process

• Apply online via the TNEA portal during the application window, typically open from May to June.
  
• Random Number Assignment: In June, a random number is assigned to each applicant to assist in the tie-breaking process.
  
• Certificate Verification: Verification of academic and other relevant certificates is conducted online at designated TNEA Facilitation Centers (TFCs) in June.
  
• Counseling and Seat Allotment: In July, counseling sessions are held for seat allotment based on merit and reservation categories.​

Eligibility

• Candidates must have completed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.​
  
•  A minimum aggregate of 50% marks in PCM is typically required. For certain programs like Biomedical Engineering, a higher aggregate of 60% may be necessary. Relaxations are provided for reserved categories as per government norms.​

M.E., MBA - 2 Year Course 

Admission Process

• Candidates must appear for TANCET or GATE and obtain a valid score.
• Interested candidates should fill out the application form available at the college's admission cell or online through the official website.
• Shortlisted candidates may be called for counseling or an interview session as part of the selection process.
• Upon successful verification, candidates must pay the tuition fees to confirm their admission. The fee for the M.E. program is approximately ₹60,000 for the entire course.

Eligibility

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.​
