Placement

RVSTCC aims at providing organizations with engineers who are an appropriate fit for the organization's needs. We always endeavor to build such capabilities among the students in a systematic manner. The training and placement division lead by a senior and experienced person, has a focused approach to prepare students right from the second year of joining the college. The preparation process addresses such areas as building relationship and projecting a personality that is appropriate to a young engineering graduate taking an assignment in an organization. We address two different aspects of student’s capability. Experienced teaching staff takes care of the technological abilities to be able to recall knowledge gained during academics for application at work place and secondly the soft skills required which now a day's plays an important role in the industry. We also have facilities within college premises for conducting campus interviews and these include those for presentation, conducting aptitude tests, group discussions and interviews. Training and Placement division aims at specifically developing these abilities through planned training for the students. The institute looks forward to conducting such activities by the help of selected internal and external faculties. This training will include personality development, communication skills, and extensive exercises to inculcate analytical abilities empowering students to interpret data faster. We have seen a lot of progresses in terms of more number of students being absorbed by various prestigious companies over the years, as also more and more esteemed companies have approached us for students time and again.

RVS Technical Campus is located in a tranquil and conducive ambience creating an ideal learning environment to stimulate intellectual and personal growth. It is housed at a distance of 25 kms from Coimbatore railway station. Reverse Osmosis Plant is established for providing Ultra Pure Drinking water for Healthy campus life. Uninterrupted power supply keeps the campus life online. Smart class rooms, Spacious, well ventilated, well-equipped and well-furnished classrooms. Each department classrooms are "smart," with high-speed data inter and intra networks LCD projectors for audio and video. They are designed to promote maximum interaction between the faculty and the students.

The library includes large number of books, national and international. The aim of the Library is to serve the needs of our faculty, Research Scholars, Students and Members of the Library in all areas of education among the academic and business community. The library resource center is fully automated using Autolib library software. The user has access to the entire collection through the latest technologies like CD, DVD, Multimedia Kits, Bar-code Scanners, Text and Graphic Scanners.

Cafeteria, situated in a spacious building, cools down both staffs and students with soft drinks, enacts them with the hot beverages and relaxes them with snacks and pastries About 800 students staying in boys' hostel within the college campus find their leisure and relaxation even at odd hours at night in the midst of their studies, particularly during exam days at the cafeteria.For the convenience of students and staff, there is an ATM counter of the ICICI Bank within the College premises. This makes it easy for them to meet routine expenses as well as contingencies.

The College ensures that students and staff have easy access to medical facilities at any point of time. There is a Dispensary and Doctor on call 24X7 to attend to any kind of medical emergency.

Transport

More than 20 buses from the College help daily commuters travel to the college without difficulty. The buses are operated on a 70-km radius and bring in students from neighbouring locations including Tirupur, Palladam, Palakkad, Thudiyalur and Saravanampatti. The charges for transportation are nominal and very affordable.
