Raffles University, is a private university which was established in 2011 by an Act of Rajasthan Stat Legislature. It is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). It is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

It is a multidisciplinary university that offers courses in various streams, such as Law, Management, Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, Humanities. These programmes are offered under seven constituent schools, which are shown below

Gomber Education Foundation, a voluntary, non-profit making, non-sectarian charitable organisation registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 founded by Late Shri Vinod Kumar Gomber with trustees, is the sponsoring body of Raffles University.It offers national and international opportunities to the students through its academic collaborations. It has signed MoUs with National Maritime Foundation and Central Institute of Technology (Assam). At the international level, it has collaborated with Lisbon University and the University of New Hampshire. It has also collaborated with Neemrana Industries Association (NIA) for the placements and internship opportunities. Apart from this, it also has several industry partners, such as HomeShop18, EMAAR, Vida Hotels, Novo Shoes, Noon.com and more for placements.

The infrastructure of this University is built on sprawling 50 acre of land and equipped with all modern facilities. The University is based on GURUKLA concept with all residential facilities, such as laundry, cafeteria, internet, etc. The University timely conducts webinars on trending topics to enhance the knowledge of students. It also offers an education loan facility to economically weak students. Students can get up to a maximum loan of Rs 7.5 lakh against a third-party guarantee.

Raffles University Admission Process

The University offers more than 50 courses under its seven constituent schools. Raffles University admissions are conducted online as well as offline. Candidates need to register and fill an application form to apply online. For the offline application process, candidates need to visit the admission office. Below mentioned are the course-wise eligibility details for all the programmes:

UG Courses

Admission to BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) programmes is based on CLAT scores
BSc (Agriculture) admissions are based on Joint Entrance Test (JET)
Admission to other UG courses is merit-based
Candidates, who have completed Class 12, can apply for any of the UG courses

PG Courses

Admission to all PG courses is merit-based
A candidate must have completed graduation in the relevant stream to apply for any of the PG courses

PhD Course

Admission to PhD course is based on UGC NET/ GATE scores
Candidates, who have completed a master’s degree in the relevant stream, can apply for PhD programme

Additional Courses

Admission to diploma, PG diploma and certificate courses is done on merit-basis

Raffles University Admission Process

Raffles University Courses

It offers more than 50 UG, PG, PhD, diploma, PG diploma and certificate courses in various streams, such as Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Law, Pharmacy and more. The duration of UG and PG courses varies from course-to-course, whereas the duration of PG diploma programmes is one year. It also offers diploma programmes with a duration ranging from one to three years. The duration of all certificate courses is six months. Admission to all these programmes is either entrance or merit-based. The final selection of students is based on the respective qualifying/ entrance exam scores and their performance in Personal Interview (PI). Raffles University, Rajasthan UG Admission 2023: B.Tech, B.Sc, BA, B.Com & BBA

Raffles University grants admission to all its UG courses on the basis of the scores obtained in the Entrance Test conducted by the university.

Once the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the entrance, the university conducts Group Discussion and Counseling for the final selection of the candidates.

Note: Students have to qualify Raffles Common Law Admission Test (RCLAT) to secure admission in integrated law courses.

Raffles University Rajasthan PG Admission 2023: M.Sc, MBA, M.Com & LL.M

The university offers MBA, M.Sc, M.Com, MA, M.Tech, LL.B and LL.M courses in various specializations at PG level. Applicants will be required to appear for RUMET followed by an interview to secure admission in MBA program.

Final admission is offered on the basis of university level counselling followed by GD or PI with respect to the course. For the M.Sc program, admission will be granted on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

User Facts

Candidates who have appeared for the CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT or CMAT and have obtained a valid score are exempted from appearing in RUMET. Such candidates are required to enclose a photocopy of their score transcript along with their application.

Interested candidates can register themselves by obtaining the 'Application Form’ on payment of INR 650 as application fee from the Neemrana campus or other City Offices of the university.
