Raghu Engineering College, Visakhapatnam Admission ProcessTech programmes. REC Visakhapatnam admission to the B. Tech programme is offered on the basis of candidates' scores in AP EAMCET. Candidates meeting the cutoff are required to participate in the AP EAMCET counselling.

Placements: In our college, around 73% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Cognizant, TVS, TCS, Wipro, etc., visit our campus.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions : 

The fee structure is not acceptable for this organization. Approx 70K cannot be afforded by poor people. Campus placements were good. But coming to our batch it is not upto the mark. We have compared with every institution too, so it is not accepted. There are different scholarships based on castes.

Raghu Engineering College, Visakhapatnam has several infrastructural facilities for students. REC Visakhapatnam facilities include separate hostels for both boys and girls. The hostels have accommodation capacities of around 300 for girls’ hostel and 700 for boys’ hostels. Various facilities like centrally air-conditioned rooms and dining, a centrally air-conditioned gym, 24 hrs Wi-Fi access with a transmitter on every floor, RO purified drinking water plant is provided to the students. REC Visakhapatnam has a bus facility from various places in Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, and Srikakulam. The institute has a 100 Mbps leased line and 20 Mbps broadband connections. Wi-Fi with 9 outdoor transmitters provides a 24-hr internet facility for the students and staff.  REC Visakhapatnam facilities also include a canteen that provides hygienic food at reasonable rates. A mini shop is also available on campus to offer snacks and soft drinks for the students and the faculty. Some other REC Visakhapatnam facilities are a gymnasium, library, sports facilities, cafeteria, auditorium, IT infrastructure, laboratories, banking facilities, parking facility, etc. 

Raghu Engineering College provides and ensures a safe, comfortable, and time-bound bus-transportation facility that is well connected to every corner of Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram districts and Srikakulam town. Separate buses and timings for the first-year students as a part of safety and security measurements.
