Admission Criteria

MBBS Admission

RIMS offers MBBS as its flagship course. The course duration is 4.4 Years followed by 1 year of mandatory internship. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their marks scored in the NEET UG entrance examination

MBBS Eligibility Criteria

RIMS Raipur MBBS Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

• Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology, and English from a recognised board.

Books are man’s best friends, and so is library. RIMS library is fully air-conditioned, well lighted, fire alarm fitted, esthetically designed and well executed. Any member of this College has free access to a rich collection of 3025 books, around 21 journals.Inside RIMS campus, there are 2 cafeterias – 1 in hospital and 1 in College. Hygiene vegetarian snacks and meals are available in all cafeterias. Administrations of these cafeterias are given to proficient and experienced contractors. Quality assurance team, set up by the managing committee keeps routine check so that there is no compromise with hygiene quality of foods.

Examination Hall at RIMS with a capacity of 250 students is spread over the area of 250 sqm. The examination hall has adequate desks/writing benches arranged in such a manner that there is sufficient space between two students. The examination hall is equipped with printing and other facilities, which are required for conducting examinations.Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences understands that to treat critical illness and surgeries, it is indispensable to have an in-house blood bank facility. Our aim is to provide quick treatment to our patients by providing them the right type of blood or its components, such as platelets at the right time.
