It was established in 2014 under the State Legislature through UP Act No. 1 of 2014, and is part of the larger Rama Group of Institutions. The university was founded by Late Dr. B. S. All the Libraries includes a collection of 77892 Books as well as 361 print periodicals and magazines, 880 Thesis, 23050 E-Journal, 1396 E-Books, 1038 Dissertation, 2504 CD’s, 831 WHO, 124 Moot Court Files, and 400 + Videos . The college also subscribes to the online databases, which contain e-books and e-journals. Both staff members and students can easily access it. The main goal of the library is to give people access to print books and journal e-resources. In addition to printed books and journals, the library offers electronic resources to its students and staff members. The library has a spacious reading room. Before entering the reading hall, students must retain perfect silence, turn their phones to silent, and sign a register that is kept at the admission counter.

The campus has well maintained grounds and courts to efficiently cater to sport activities comprising cricket, hockey, football, tennis, basketball, badminton and volleyball along with gymnasiums and an athletic track.The university has a large auditorium equipped with the state of the art audio-visual and multi-media facilities for guest lectures, seminars, presentations, and other academic activities.The auditorium has a seating capacity of more than 1200 people. The acoustic and light arrangement of the auditorium makes the seminars, workshops and other activities a pleasing experience for the audience.At Rama university, the teaching – learning process uses IT enabled methodologies. All the classes are equipped with audio-visual devices as LED projectors, so that the faculty member can share the knowledge in a much expressive way.
