The candidates must be studying in Classes 11 and 12 at a recognised educational institution in India. Applicants must have scored at least 60% marks in the preceding class. The annual family income of the applicants from all sources must be less than or equal to₹2,50,000.

In RRI language club adopts a communicative methodology. The courses are very interactive and grammar and vocabulary are learned in context. Class dynamics makes students to adopt simulation activities that encourage students' language practice. Language lab focuses mainly four most important language skills: listening, reading, speaking and writing. Faculty are allowing students to completely immerse themselves in the classroom.
