RRASE College of Engineering, Chennai is one of India’s top-rated colleges founded and run by RRASE Health and Educational Trust with the cherished objectives of providing the necessary ambience and a good set of faculty.  The college was established in 2008.  The Founder of the Trust Dr.S.Renganathan who believes in quality education at affordable cost and education for innovation, is an Academician with rich experience in Teaching and Research.  He was Director - Research in Anna University and Vice Chancellor of Bharath University as well as Dean in MIT, Anna University.  

RRASE College of Engineering is located about 1.5 km from Padappai in a sprawling10-acre campus, in Vanchuvancherry, Vandalur-Oragadam-Walajabad Road, Peerkankaranai, near Padappai, Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.  The campus is spacious, green, quiet and pollution free, ideal for systematic learning.

RRASE College of Engineering is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

RRASE offers both UG and PG Courses in the fields of Engineering & Technology as well as Management.  The courses offered include B.E (in 7 disciplines), B.Tech (in 2 disciplines), M.E (with 3 specializations) and MBA.  For UG courses Candidates must have passed 10+2 or any other equivalent examination with an aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together.  Admission will be granted to students based on TNEA 2022 counselling process, conducted by Anna University.  For ME program the eligibility for admissions to 18 seats each. Candidates must hold a BE/ B. Tech degree with 55% marks to be eligible for admission. Admission will be offered on the basis of valid score in TANCET, conducted by Anna University.

The college has its own buses for the transport of the students and staff from various parts of the city and Kancheepuram to the college so as to enable them to reach the college in time and return comfortably. As the college is located on the State Highway, SH 48 reaching the college is very easy.
