Sanpada College of Commerce & Technology was established in the year 2004 under the dynamic leadership of a well known educationist Prof. Javed Khan. The aim of our institution is to identify and harness the potential of youths to the greatest heights in areas that provide competitive edge into the future job market. Our campus is located very close to Sanpada railway station. Over a span of 8 years it has grown to the present size and status where more than 3000 students are studying in various professional and non professional streams both in Junior and Degree Colleges. The highly qualified professors and lecturers are appointed to lead the entire college for the better education and prospect of the students. Our students shine brighter than ever. They come here with impressive test scores, but even more impressive ambitions.

They see our historic dedication to community service and can’t wait to put their considerable talents to work on tough, real-world problems. Our main aim is to equip the students professionally and to provide excellent facilities so that they can reach up to their goal. The college has huge playground surrounded by beautiful greenery.

The development of Navi Mumbai came up due to over crowded of old Mumbai. In this respect CIDCO, City Industrial Development Corporation took initiative and set up Navi Mumbai with new hopes. Ten years back hardly the good colleges were available in Navi Mumbai while the crowed of Navi Mumbai reached its hight. Seeing of the situation, difficulty and overcrowded, Oriental Education Society decided to open Sanpada College of Commerce & Technology for the better education to Navi Mumbaikar. The college is very convenient to the students. The objective of the society is to provide quality education with fine exposures to practical knowledge of industry & businesses.

In 2004 Sanpada College of commerce & Technology started with 50 students. Today we have more than 3000 students which are admitted in different streams, professional and non professional courses. All the courses are affiliated to University of Mumbai or State Board of Maharashtra. So far the management is putting their hearted effort for the better study atmosphere and knowledge. There is no doubt the college is coming up with leaps and bounds. Thousands of students passed out with their degrees and now enjoying peaceful and comfortable life.

Admission Procedure 

1. Eligibility for admission to FY B.Com- HSC (XII) from Maharashtra State board of secondary & higher education or its equivalent.

2. Eligibility for admission to FY BMS- A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of management studies should have passed XII standard examination with minimum 45% of the aggregate for open category and 40% marks in aggregate in case of reserved category of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent. Students of arts, Science and Commerce are eligibility to take admissions.

3. Eligibility for admission to FY BAF- A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of Accounting & Finance should have passed XII standard examination with minimum 45% of the aggregate for open category and 40% marks in aggregate in case of reserved category of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent. Students of Science and Commerce are eligible to take admissions.

4. Eligibility for admission to FY BBI- A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of Banking & Insurance should have passed XII standard examination with minimum 45% of the aggregate for open category and 40% marks in aggregate in case of reserved category of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent. Students of Science and Commerce are eligible to take admissions.

5. Eligibility for admission to FY BMM- A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of Mass Media should have a passed XII standard examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent. Students of arts, Science and Commerce are eligible to take admissions.

6. Eligibility for admission to FY B.SC.IT- A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of Science in Information technology should have passed XII Standard examination with minimum 45% of the aggregate for open category and 40% marks in aggregate in case of reserved category of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent. Students of Science and Commerce (with mathematics subject in XI & XIIth Standard) are eligible to take admissions.

7. Eligibility for admission to FY B.Sc (Computer Science)- A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) should have passed XII standard in science stream examination conducted by Maharashtra Board of Higher secondary education with mathematics & Statistics as one of the subject or its equivalent.
Admission to the degree classes starts in the day of declaration of results of the HSC Examination . The Mumbai divisional Board Students seeking admission should fill in the application form, available from the college office and submit the below mentioned documents with admission form.
Students are welcome to seek guidance from the college office regarding admission procedure. No excuses of ignorance will be entertained or accepted if candidate misses an opportunity.

1. Self-attested Xerox copies of 10th& 12th Pass Mark sheet.
2. Leaving Certificate/ Transfer certificate (Other Board).
3. 10th Passing Certificate.
4. Attested copies of caste certificate and validity if applicable for SC/ST/VJNT/OBC/SBC candidates.
5. Address Proof (Aadhar Card/ Ration Card/Electricity Bill).
6. 2 passport size photographs.
7. Two photocopies of migration & passing certificate(in case of CBSE,IGCSE and any other board).
