Sha-Shib College of Engineering was established in 2009, and managed by Shashib Minority Welfare & Educational Society, Bangalore. SCE, a unit of the Sha-Shib Group of Institutions, offers a blend of Traditional and Modern Teaching Techniques with Top-rated Faculty members.

The SCE campus is spread over a sprawling 11 acre area embraced by absolutely breathtakingly beautiful lush greenery away from the city of Bangalore.  It is located near Nandi Medical College and Research Institute in Varalakonda Village, NH-7, B.B. Road, Somenhalli, Hobli, Gudibanda Tq., Chikkaballapur District, Karnataka.  The college is situated in an unpolluted quiet atmosphere about 42 km from Bangalore International Airport.  The place is well connected to all main points of Bangalore with 24 hours transportation available through BMTC buses.

 
Shi-Sham College of Engineering is Affiliated to Visvesvarya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum and Recognized by DTE, Govt. of karnataka. The College is Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

The Courses offered by ShaShib College of Engineering are B.E. Degree programs in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering and Civil Engineering.   Admission is purely based on merit.  

 
SCE has state-of-the-art and modern infrastructure facilities like Computer Centres, well-stocked Library computerised by “Soul Software”, well-equipped modern Laboratories, Hostel, Mess Facilities, Internet connectivity, Placement Cell, Proctorial Committee, and more.  The Team of Faculty is experienced and adequately qualified with MTech PhD Degrees to their names.  the students learn in a holistic manner.  The Placement Cell provides Vocational Training and Placement opportunities for students. There is also a Proctorial Committee constitute to supervise and maintain the discipline of the students on campus.

The students interested to take admission should directly apply to the Institute. No Capitation Fee / Donation whatsoever is charged by the Institute to the Parent / Student for admission to the courses offered by the Institute. Placement Aspects

The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates and Post Graduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to conduct interviews.
