M. SCET’s huge 11 acre campus is located in Abu Campus, Adjacent to Rani Channamma University, Bhootramanahatti, Belgavi, Karnataka. The college can be reached either by rail or by road.

 
SCET is a Private Un-Aided college which is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgavi and accredited to All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

 
A leading institute in the city, SCET offers BE Degree courses in 4 disciplines in Full Time mode.  Selection is based on performance in the Karnataka CET (KCET) entrance examination conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).

Both UG and PG courses at Shaikh College of Engineering and Technology Belgaum are given admissions based on the norms of VTU. The majority of the seats are filled through a valid KCET score. Students interested to join the MCA programme as a Lateral Entry must process it through KEA counselling.
