Admission Procedure

Admission at Venkateshwara Group of Institutions is based on merit. Direct admission process is also available on vacant seat. Candidate will have to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria of the institution.Application form is available online and offline mode. Candidate can buy the form by paying Rs. 1000 application fee using cash/online payment option. Admission Criteria

Admission Process

1. Students must apply for admission through the official admission process of the institution or through state counseling procedures.

2. Engineering admissions are generally based on marks obtained in the 12th standard (PCM) and counseling conducted by the Tamil Nadu government.

3. Pharmacy, paramedical, and arts courses may offer admissions based on merit in qualifying examinations.

4. Candidates must submit required documents such as academic certificates, identity proof, and passport-size photographs.

5. After verification, selected students confirm admission by paying the required fees.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Engineering (B.E / B.Tech): Candidates must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized board.

2. Arts & Science Courses: Students must complete 10+2 in the relevant stream from a recognized board.

3. Pharmacy Courses: Candidates should complete 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics.

4. Paramedical Courses: Applicants must pass 10+2 with science subjects depending on the specific course.

5. Postgraduate Programs: Candidates should hold a relevant undergraduate degree from a recognized university.

Scholarship

The Venkateshwara Group of Institutions (VGI) offers a scholarship that exempts 75% of tuition for students who score 90% or higher in 10+2. This scholarship is also applicable to subsequent exams on a yearly basis.

Shree Venkateshwara Hi-Tech Engineering College (SVHEC) is located at Erode-Gobi Main Road, Sri Kalaivani Nagar, Othakuthirai, Gobichettipalayam, Erode (Dt)-638455. The college was founded in 2008 by the Shree Venkateshwara Educational and Charitable Trust. Its mission is to educate students from rural backgrounds and prepare them for a dynamic engineering career. The College has its own fleet of transport to pick up students from Anthiyur, Avinashi, Bhavani, Erode, Gobi, Perumanallur, Perundurai, puliampatti, Sathyamangalam, Tirupur, etc., and covers almost every important location situated within a radial distance of 55 KM. The College is presently using 23 buses.
