ADMISSION PROCESS:

Shreeyash College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 2008 and is located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

Shreeyash College of Engineering and Technology (SYCET) offers B.Tech. Program at the undergraduate level and 2 years M.Tech. and MBA courses at the postgraduate level.

Applicants seeking admission into the B.Tech. course are required to have completed their 10 + 2 studies with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Candidates who have secured 50% marks or more at the 10 + 2 level and have appeared for the JEE Main entrance examination are eligible to apply for the 4 years B.Tech. program. Candidates who are holders of B.Tech. / Other similar degrees in a relevant field of study are eligible to apply for admission in the M.Tech. and MBA courses at SYCET.

Shreeyash College of Engineering and Technology B.Tech. Admissions

Candidates who have completed their 10 + 2 studies under the science stream from a recognized board are eligible to apply for admission in B.Tech. Course at SYCET.

Seats to the B.Tech. course will be allotted based on the candidates’ performance in the JEE Main entrance exam by the online Centralized Admission Process (CAP), which is conducted by the Department of Technical Education, Maharashtra.

PLACEMENT :

Shreeyash Technical Campus, situated in the midst of nature, surrounded by the hills, is Marathwada’s one of the most promising educational campus. Spread over a land of 55 Acers, it comprises a Polytechnic, an Engineering College and a MBA Institution. Established in 2008 as a dream project of its chairman, Mr. Basavraj Mangrule, himself an engineer from Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad, Shreeyash Technical Campus has undertaken the responsibility of providing quality education to the students of Marathwada. Going beyond its motto of “Transforming Students into Professionals”, Shreeyash Technical Campus in a short span of time has played a significant role in bridging the gap between the demand and supply of the industrial zone of Aurangabad.

• The placement cell sends invitations to companies / organizations along with the relevant information.
• The company / organization fill a Job Announcement Form (JAF) containing the details of the job (CTC or job profile) and the offer. JAF can be mailed to Training & Placement Cell, Shreeyash College of Engineering and Technology, Aurangabad. ([email protected])
• If the company / organization are interested in conducting Pre-Placement Talk (PPT), they can inform along with the preferred dates.
• The notice as per JAF is made available on the notice board to the students, along with any other information furnished by the company / organization.
• Interested and eligible (as per the criteria specified by the company / organization) students get enrolled themselves at placement cell for the recruitment process.
• According to the convenience of the company / organization and the students, the placement cell allots the dates for recruitment procedure.
• The company / organization visit the campus on the allotted date(s) and conduct tests and / or interviews according to their recruitment process.
• The company / organization are requested to furnish the final list of selected students at the end of interview process. The companies / organizations are also requested to maintain a waitlist of students in case of non-availability of selected candidates.
• The placement cell also coordinates the signing of offer letters by the students who have been selected to ensure that they reach the company / organization as early as possible.

Scholarships

The college provides various scholarships to reserved category students. The scholarships are EBC /DR. PANJABRAO DESHMUKH Hostel Scheme, SC, ST, SBC, VJNT, OBC Scholarship Scheme, SC, VJNT- VIDYAVETAN and MINORITY Scheme. Mentioned below are the documents required to avail of the scholarship.

As per our records, Shreeyash College of Engineering and Technology can offer scholarships for the session 2023-24 for various programs. However, you should enquire about scholarships from the college officials. Remember the minimum fee for the program at this institute is Rs.18,000.

FACILITIES:

Hostel

The institute provides comfortable and safe hostel accommodation with requisite amenities and mess facilities.

Library

The central library is located centrally in the campus. The library maintains more than 20000 Volumes and 3300 Titles. Every year library added more volumes in collection. Apart from the central library all department maintain their own libraries. During the preparatory period library is open for 24 hours. SC/ST students are provided with a set of books as per the syllabus totally free of cost. The college subscribes to most major technical journals.

It is most lively place on the campus providing a safe, comfortable and friendly environment that enables learning and advancement of knowledge and promotes discovery and scholarship.

Canteen

Cafeteria is a place of delight and invigoration for the people on the campus. Here taste, hygiene and nutrition go hand in hand in equal measure, none exclusive of the other.

Sports Ground

The blooming youth should enjoy the gladness of its health. We value the importance of Physical Education in framing the young minds. It is our qualitative opinion that mere academic knowledge does not suffice to meet the overall requirements of the students. Factors such as mental acumen, physical fitness and a strong will also play a valuable role in the maturing of the graduate student into a successful leader.

Digital Classroom

A digital classroom will always have a greater educational efficiency that any physical classroom. With access to better materials, teachers can teach complicated matters faster by either giving up their redundant work or delegating the lessons to other sources that will achieve the same outcome.

Taking reference from point 1, a student will learn about the solar system in the same way whether a teacher teaches it or he/she sees a video on YouTube. Similarly, it is much easier for teachers to explain human anatomy or chemical bonding with the help of animated media rather than solely relying on textbooks.

These open up time for other interactive learning activities that improve efficiency.

Central Computing Facilities

Central Computing Center is responsible for Network and Server Management and maintenance, Web Development, preparing instructional material and promotion and publication of it. It also provides Internet facility to the campus and to support students in their project work, seminars & presentations.

Transportation

The Institution holds a robust transport system facilitating easy mobility of students and staff from every nook and corner of the city to campus. Ample numbers of buses are operated every day and hassle free journey is an experience of people travel to the campus. Safety and Security are always given prime importance, experienced drivers operate our buses and the transport department provides timely updates related to any change in bus-routes.
