Admission to Siddharth College of Pharmacy, Mudhol is based on merit in the qualifying examination. For admission to the B.Pharm. program (4 years), candidates must have passed 10+2 Science (PCM/PCB) with a minimum of 50% marks. For the D.Pharm. program (2 years), applicants should have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. Eligible candidates are selected according to the college's admission guidelines and academic performance.
