SOCET Admission
Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology (SOCET), Ahmedabad provides admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. SOCET admission to the B.Tech courses will be done on the basis of the student's performance in the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET). Similarly, Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology admission to the M.Tech courses will be based on the marks scored in the Gujarat PGCET examination. Further, the students who meet the SOCET cutoff will have to register for the state-level counseling process for admission to the B.Tech and M.Tech courses. The college offers 13 B.Tech courses in several specializations such as Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Automobile Engineering, etc. The duration of Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology B.Tech course is 4 years and is divided into 8 semesters.

SOCET B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

Should have a minimum of 45% marks in 10+2 examination or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry subjects.
SOCET Ahmedabad B.Tech Admission Process
Eligible candidates have to appear and qualify for the GUJCET conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board.
After the declaration of the result, a merit list and cutoff are released.
Candidates meeting the SOCET cutoff have to appear for GUJCET counselling where seats will be allotted to the students.
Finally, candidates have to submit the documents and pay the Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology fees to confirm admission.
Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology PG Admissions
A total of 5 M.Tech courses are offered by the college. The streams of Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology M.Tech courses are Communication System Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Internal Combustion Engine and Automobile Engineering. The duration of the postgraduate courses is 2 years.

SOCET Ahmedabad M.Tech Admission Process
Students have to meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the M.Tech course at SOCET Ahmedabad.
Eligible candidates have to appear for Gujarat PGCET, conducted by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Gujarat.
Candidates with a valid GATE/GPAT score are exempted from the entrance test.
Candidates who meet the cutoff have to appear for the state-level counseling process.
Seats will be allotted to the students based on the student's performance in the entrance test, preferences filled, and availability of seats.
