Sir Issac Newton Law College is a Private, Self-Financed Law College operated under the management of Thandapani Pillai and Sons Educational and Charitable Trust. The trust has established several educational institutions across Nagapattinam District. The college was founded in 2024, as per Government Order (M.S) No. 508, and is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), ID: 675, dated 18.06.2024. Dr T Ananth is the Chairman and Mr T Sankar is the Director of the College Governing Council.

Sir Issac Newton Law College is located at Velankanni Road, Pappakoil, Nagapattinam in a sprawling campus of more than 60 acres surrounded by well known fascinating world-famous Holy places such as the Velankanni Church, Nagore Dharga, and other sanctified Temples which are easily accessible from the Town Bus Terminus and Railway Station.
