Sir M V Government Arts and Commerce College Shimoga also known as SMVGACC is a government aided affiliated college located in Shimoga Karnataka India. It is commonly called SMVGACC and is affiliated to Kuvempu University. The institution was established in the year 1968 by Bhadra Education Society. Prof R B Nayak was the founder principal.
