Smt. Parmeshwaridevi Durgadutt Tibrewala Lions Juhu College of Arts,Commerce and Science, formerly known as Shri Rajasthani Seva Sangh College of Arts & Commerce, was established in the year 1986 to provide higher educational facilities to needy and deserving students in the neighbourhood. The college is committed to and reaffirms value based education in order to develop among students a sense of responsibility to serve the society. To fulfil this core mandate and to inculcate in students such values and principles. The college has an excellent organizational structure backed by efficient & co-operative management and highly qualified and sincere faculty. The college also has been granted minority status. The active participation of the students in Sports, Cultural & co-curricular activities is always distinguished there personalities from the different fields are invited from time to time, to develop the personality of our students. The financial supports for needy students is made available by the management and faculty members.

Admission Process:

The admission process consists of the following steps:

Submission of Application: Candidates need to fill out the application form, which can be obtained from the college's official website or the admission office.

PLACEMENTS :-

The Placement cell of S.P.D.T college for the academic year 2018-19 had organized campus placement for the last final year students. They had organized a workshop by Mr. KapilJha, Founder of ASSET BAJAR, and training consulting innovation. More than 25 students participated in the above mentioned workshop on 26th June 2018. Out of them 14 students were selected for the interview purpose on 27th June 2018. The committee proudly announce that 10 students finally selected by India Bulls Housing Finance for the final round of selection.

Parmeshwaridevi Durgadutt Tibrewala Lions Juhu College of Arts,Commerce and Science. The professors in our college are really good. Placements: Around 80-90% of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered is 4.8 LPA, the average package offered is 4.2 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.8 LPA.

Shri Rajasthani Seva Sangh Trust provides endowment scholarship and prizes ever year to the ten per cent of the total number of students those who are economically backward.

Students belonging to SC / ST / DT - NT / EBC / PTC etc. can avail of the Government Scholarship

Facilities

Library

The aim of the college is to provide education to the lower strata of society.  The College library is situated on the second floor of the college building B wing. The total area of the library is 1700 sq. ft. to accommodate 100 students and 15 Faculty members with a separate reading room for boys and girls.

We believe that the College library is the gateway to knowledge, and provides a basic condition for lifelong learning, independent decision-making, and cultural development of the students and the teachers. Focusing on the very important role of the library, our SPDT College Library has been growing steadily over the years. At present, it has a rich qualitative collection of 19000 books, 61 CDs, Five kindles, and the NLIST online Database.  It subscribes to different 08 newspapers, 22 periodicals research journals, and magazines.

Library provides print and electronic resources for all academic and related activities of the students and staff, services for the retrieval and use of these resources, and adequate infrastructure and spaces for their use. SPDT College library Automation is carried out with the help of ISLIM Software. The Library Follows the Dewey Decimal Classification scheme for the arrangement of Books.
