Established in 2002, the college is managed by the Sree Buddha Educational Society, a charitable organization founded by Padmabhushan Dr. G. Viswanathan, Founder and Chancellor of VIT. Eligible Government Quota students can also avail the Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme, which offers tuition fee concessions as per AICTE and Government of Kerala norms.
