Pudukkottai is a historical Place, a princely state of the Thondamans. It was the first ever domain to merge voluntarily with the Indian Union after Independence. When Pudukkottai District was formed in 1974, Pudukkottai Town became the district headquarters. The town began to progress steadily in various fields.

To fulfill the needs of the students and the faculty, we provide well equipped and digitalized library with the latest publication. The library consists of a wide range of Subject books, National & International Journals, Magazines, Local News Papers, Weekly/Monthly Magazines, Periodicals, Research, and Technical Reports. A spacious library with an area of 1203 sq. feet. The college library is functioning very well from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm
