The College was established in the year 2009-10. The founder-Chairman of Sri Krishna College of Engineering (SKCE) in Arakkonam, Dr. T.R. Subramaniam, developed the college from its beginnings with Sri Krishna Polytechnic College as its flagship institution, catering to the industrial and educational needs of the Arakkonam - Tiruttani region.
