Sri Raaja Raajan College of Engineering & Technology (SRRCET) is a Top Class Engineering College in Tamil Nadu. It is a Private, Self-Financed, Non-Minority, Co-Educational Institute, which was established in 2010 by Sri Muthumari Charitable and Educational Trust with a view to create an Engineering Degree Institute to fulfill the long felt public need of an Institute of Excellence in Karaikudi. Sri Muthumari Charitable and Educational Trust is a a group of like minded patrons regarded for their academic interest and service to the quality of education. The Trust's Colleges have been functioning as role models for self-supporting institutions. The group is a known as a source for promoting education to the excluded community. The group's objective is to train students in every domain of human activity with a perfect balance of individual growth and community development. They have inculcated innovative programmes and relevant result oriented research programmes in their institutions. The trust is located at Karaikudi. SRRCET is located on a 12 Acres large Campus at Amaravathipudur Karaikudi Sivaganga District, Tamil Nadu, halfway between Karaikudi and Devakottai.
