Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 45% in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry combined. For BC, MBC, DNC, and SC/ST categories, the minimum aggregate is 40% .
