SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral programs in the field of Medicine & Health Sciences.  The college offers MBBS, MD/MS, MCh and DM. The accepted qualifying exam is NEET-UG and NEET-PG as prescribed by NMC.

Admission to SRM Medical College Hospital & Research Centre, Chengalpattu for the MBBS programme is based on performance in NEET-UG and the applicable medical counselling process. Candidates must complete 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as the required subjects and obtain the prescribed NEET qualifying score. Eligible candidates must register for the appropriate counselling, participate in choice filling and select the college according to their preferences. Seats are allotted based on NEET rank, merit, category, seat availability and counselling rules. Candidates who receive an allotment must complete document verification, pay the prescribed fees and report to the college within the specified deadline to confirm admission. For MD/MS programmes, admission is based on NEET-PG followed by the applicable counselling and seat-allotment process.

• Qualified NEET‑UG exam, registered for AIQ (All India Quota) counselling via MCC, and selected SRM in choice filling rounds
