A candidate who has passed the two years Pre-University Examination conducted by the Pre-University Education Board in the State of Karnataka or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto by Mangalore University is eligible for admission to these programmes.
Candidates who have passed any Bachelors Degree examination of Mangalore University or any other Universityconsidered as equivalent thereto are eligible for the programme provided they have secured a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/Category-I Candidates) in aggregate Including Languages and Group III Subjects. Selection of candidates shall be on merit-cum-reservation on the basis of 50:50 weightage for marks in the entrance and qualifying examinations.

Applications for endowed scholarships and fee concessions should be made to the Principal in the prescribed form.
Selection of candidates for scholarships and fee concessions will be made on the basis of academic merit and financial status of the family.

Tuition fees, Lab fees etc of the meritorious students of the PG section is reimbursed from the Management endowed scholarships.
The students are given a chance to pay the fees in installments, in addition to giving freeships.
