For admissions to UG courses candidates should have passed HSC with a concerned subject from a recognized institute.

For PG degree courses candidates should have done graduation in the relevant discipline.

For MBA program candidate must have a valid score card in any of CAT/ MAT/ XAT or state level TANCET.

Admission to MBA program is based on interview and Group Discussion.

Minimum eligibility for Ph.D. and M.Phil courses is Master's degree in the relevant discipline.

Selection to Ph.D. and M.Phil courses is based on written test and interview.

Application forms for all the courses are accepted through both offline and online mode.

Provisionally Registered Full-time candidates of Ph.D. course should not engage in any employment.

For Ph.D. course selection of candidates has to be done with the intimation to the Chair -Research and Publications.

The Part-timers are expected to be present in the campus for a minimum of 3 working days in every month to a minimum of 30 days in an academic year.

Candidates applying for MBA program can obtain prospectus and application form by paying cash/demand of INR 1000 (INR 1050-by post) drawn in favor of St. Joseph's Institute of Management, payable at Tiruchirappalli.

JES is management scholarships for School, College and Hostellers. Various Management scholarships for students are available to peruse their studies. The Management scholarships proves beneficiary in providing support of 60 lakh every year. The deserving students are benefiting from the scholarships.

Students Who Are Staying In The Hostels Attached To The Educational Institutions And Pursue Under Graduate Are Given A Grant Of Rs.7500/- Per Annum And For Post Graduate Are Given Rs.8000/- Per Annum. To Benefit Under This Scheme The Annual Income Ceiling Of Parents/Guardian Is Rs.1.00 Lakh.

St Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli provides adequate infrastructural facilities to students within the college campus. St Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli facilities hostel, library, computer centre, language labs, laboratories, auditorium, lecture halls, multimedia room and sports facilities for students. The college has different centres of excellence like Newton Natural History Museum, research centre, central instrumentation centre, incubation centre, and counselling centre. St Joseph's College Tiruchirappalli provides separate hostel facilities including 5 hostels for men and 1 hostel for women. Students are required to fill up separate application forms available in their respective hostels. The membership of St Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli hostel is available for one year, subsequent to that students are required to renew their membership.
