St. Thomas College of Engineering & Technology admits students to its B.Tech programmes through the admission procedures prescribed by the Government of Kerala and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU). Admissions are offered through Government Quota, Management Quota, and NRI Quota. Government quota seats are filled through the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, based on KEAM ranks. Management quota admissions are granted based on academic merit and entrance examination performance, while NRI admissions are offered according to the prevailing Government and AICTE regulations. Candidates must submit the prescribed application form, required documents, verify certificates, and complete fee payment to confirm admission.

• Minimum 45% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/equivalent subjects together with 45% in Mathematics.
• Qualified in KEAM (not mandatory for eligible NRI admissions).
