Stanley College of Engineering and Technology for Women – a temple of learning was established in the year 2008 on a sprawling 6-acre campus of historic Stanley College campus at Abids, Hyderabad.

Stanley College of Engineering and Technology for Women has been established with the support of Methodist Church of India that has been gracious and instrumental in making the vision of an Engineering College on this campus a reality.
?The College is affiliated to the prestigious Osmania University, Hyderabad. it has been approved by AICTE, New Delhi & permitted by the Government of Telangana . it has been sanctioned six UG – courses Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering ,Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and three PG courses M.Tech in CSE, M.E in Embedded systems and Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Training and Placement Cell offers a unique tutoring that caters not only to outgoing batches but to the entire student community as well. Training needed analysis is done to categorize the individual requirements of each student. The students are then trained for exponential growth by overcoming their flaws and through practical application of the knowledge they have gained.
The Placement cell organises Guest Lectures and in-house learning sessions with the support of CEOs and HR Executives from various fields. The existing infrastructural facilities are utilized for conducting theory and practical classes. There are altogether 05 blocks namely block A, block B, block C, block D and block E. The college has 30 well-furnished classrooms, 01 Drawing hall, 03 Seminar Halls, and well-equipped laboratories, Central Library, Digital library, Students Common Rooms, Staff rooms with Computers, Laptops, Inter com, Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity, etc.The entire infrastructure is used to the full extent from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM on all working days to impart both UG engineering courses and PG courses. The management has appointed two persons as Campus managers to maintain the entire campus, under the supervision of the Principal of the college.
As a 24 x 7 campus, the hostel at Stanley gives the comfort and feel of being with ones family. Stanley at Abids is a walled campus with a single entry and 24-hour security.
