Suguna College of Engineering was established by Suguna Charitable Trust in 2012. The Founder of the Trust was Sri G Ramaswamy. The College was formed with the objective to educate and impart technical knowledge to students from all sections of the society, with special focus on those from rural areas.

A Private Self-Financed Institute,Suguna College of Engineering is situated on a massive land spreading over 95 Acres and located at Airport Road, Nehru Nagar, Kalapatti Road Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. The college is 13 Kms away from Coimbatore Railway Station.

Suguna College of Engineering offers 4 B.E and 3 B.Tech Courses across 7 Disciplines with a total intake of 420 seats. The College gives a Fee Waiver based on marks scored, Caste and Community Quota, Excellence in Sports at District, Divisional, State and National Level achievement. The College has tie-ups with certain Banks to assist Students in procuring Bank Loans. The College will provide the estimated Fee statement for the completion of the course – which will include the amount required for Hostel stay / Transportation / Tuition Fee / Final Year project / purchase of Laptop / etc. Students are advised to keep their grades high to enable Banks to process their loan requests fast.
