About Us

Tolani College of Commerce (TCC) was established in the year 1989 by the Tolani Education Society with the objective to promote academic activities in the north eastern suburbs of Mumbai. The College is affiliated to Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education and the University of Mumbai.

Tolani College of Commerce has been granted a minority status on linguistic (Sindhi) basis, by the Government of Maharashtra and University of Mumbai. Accordingly, for 50% of the seats, preference in admission is given to Sindhi students. Yet, students from the reserved categories and economically backward sections of the society are also encouraged to seek admission. In addition to this, students from all strata of society, irrespective of caste, creed, community, religion and financial background are also given admission based on merit. The College consistently strives to provide stimuli for the intellectual development of the students and firmly believes in upholding the dignity, uniqueness and value of each student. In addition it provides a diverse platform to hone the students' talents and skills in sports,cultural and extension activities.

Tolani College of Commerce conducts both online and offline application process.
Students seeking admissions for Under Graduate course B.Com is based on the cut off marks in their standard XII in any recognized Board.
Candidates seeking admissions in lateral entry must have done Diploma course in related field from recognized board.
Minimum eligibility for UG courses is to pass 10+2 examinations in the concerned stream.
The basic eligibility for admissions to M.Com is B.Com degree.
Final selection of eligible candidates to all the courses will be merit based.

Students who want to get admissions in under graduate programs like B.Com, B.M.S, and BSc IT, and Post graduate course in M.Com can apply online using following steps:

For Online Mode:
Eligible students can apply for admissions online through visiting Tolani College of Commerce website
Students should fill all the required fields carefully available in the college website.
Submit the application form by clicking ‘Submit’ button.
Students can pay admission fee of INR 100 through Net Banking/Credit card/Debit card.

For Offline Mode:
Application Form can get directly from Tolani College of Commerce.
Eligible students should fill all the required fields in the application form and submit at the time of admission.
Application fee of INR 100 can be paid either by cash or by Demand Draft.

Documents have to be submitted with the application form:

Attested copy of standard X mark sheet and leaving certificate
Original and attested copies of standard XII mark sheet and leaving certificate Students are required to submit an affidavit (For Linguistic Minor Quota Students)
Students are required to submit an attested copy of relevant certificate (Reserved Categories)
Student’s photographs
Migration Certificate (For Maharashtra Board students)
