Trichy Engineering College, founded in 1998 by the Annai Santhiya Educational Health & Charitable Trust in Woraiyur, Tiruchirappali, was established by Kalvithanthai Deivathiru Mr. S. Subramaniyam. The college has flourished under the leadership of Dr. Sujatha Subramaniam, the Chairman, whose exceptional talent and efficiency have played a key role in making the institution stand out.

TEC is spread over a Sprawling campus of over 41.7 acres of land in Sivagnanam Nagar, Konalai, Trichy, Tamil Nadu.  The college located in Konalai Village, is about 22kms away from Tiruchirappalli on the Chennai to Tirchirappalli NH45 Highway.  The campus which is named Sivagnanam Nagar, creates atmosphere conclusive to learning and growth.

Admission Procedure

Trichy Engineering College (TEC) in Tiruchirappalli admits students to its B.E. and M.E. programs through TNEA and TANCET, respectively. For undergraduate courses (B.E.), admissions are primarily based on merit through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) counselling conducted by Anna University.
