Usha Rama College of Engineering and Technology is commonly known as URCET. It is located in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is a private engineering institute established in the year 2008. The college was founded under the Usha Rama Educational Society with the aim of providing quality technical education and producing skilled engineers with strong academic and practical knowledge.

The college is situated at Telaprolu village near Gannavaram in Krishna district. It is located on the Vijayawada Eluru highway and is about 30 km from Vijayawada city and close to Gannavaram Airport which makes it easily accessible. Admission to B.Tech programs at Usha Rama College of Engineering and Technology, Krishna, requires qualifying in the AP EAMCET exam. 70% of seats are filled via state counseling (Category A), and 30% via management quota (Category B), based on 10+2 scores with 45% aggregate (40% for reserved categories) in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry
