Vaagdevi Degree and P.G. College is one of the oldest and prestigious educational institutes in Telangana State, catering to the higher educational needs of this backward region. It was established in 1993 by Viswambhara Educational Society and affiliated to Kakatiya University. MBA Programme was started in the year 1995 and by now seventeen batches have passed out from this college. There is no entrance examination conducted for admission to Vaagdevi PG College Warangal. Admission is purely merit-based. To get admission in the BCom degree course, you must have passed 10+2 with a commerce stream from a recognized board.

Placements: About 70% of students were placed in our course. Around 60% of students in our course got the highest salary package. Wipro, Infotech, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys were top recruiters for our course. Around 65% of students got internships from our course. Computer science and BCA offered placements in top companies
