CUET - 2024
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET), earlier known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is an all-India test being organized by National Testing Agency for admission to various doctorate, Postgraduate, Undergraduate, Integrated Postgraduate, Diploma, Certification courses and Research Programmes.
Students will need to have passed Class 12 or appearing in Class 12 from a recognised board in Science stream to take admission to bachelor’s degree programmes in the Central Universities.
For the General category, the candidate needs to secure a minimum of 50 percent in Class 12; for SC/ST, candidates need to have secured a minimum of 45 percent in Class 12 in order to be eligible for the CUET 2024. For BTech programmes, the minimum aggregate for the General category candidates is 45 percent, and that of the reserved category candidates is 40 percent.
