LPUNEST - 2024

The Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test(LPUNEST) is conducted every year for students wanting to secure a seat in the university. The exam pattern for LPUNEST 2024 will be based on questions set from PCB/PCM and English subjects.

  B. Ed Admission criteria require students to have a minimum of 50% in bachelor's degree in any stream. The candidate should qualify with the required cut-off marks in entrance exams such as CUET, LPUNEST, CET, etc.

Language proficiency

 Grammar: Parts of speech – Noun, Pronoun, Adjective, Adverb, Verb, Preposition, Conjunction Interjection; Tenses – Present, Past and Future Tense in Active and Passive Form; Modal Verbs – Can, Could, May, might, Should, Will, would, punctuation, independent and dependent clauses, sentence and its types, determiners

Associative Language Skills: Vocabulary – Antonyms, Synonyms, Homonyms, Homographs, one-word substitution, Word Analogies, Idioms and Phrases.
Common Errors: Sentence Correction and Error Finding Exercises
Comprehension Passages: Closed and Open paragraphs, identifying key ideas or theme.

Reasoning Ability

   logical sequence of words, Non-verbal reasoning, missing numbers, Number series, Percentage, Analogy, Alphabet series, Blood relation, Odd one out, Symbol and letter series, Direction sense, Theme finding, Syllogism, Logical problems, Statements and Assumptions
