JECRC University UG Admission 2023: B.Tech, BBA (Hons), BCA, LLB, B.Com (Hons), B.Sc., BA

The university offers B.Tech, B.Sc. (Hons), BCA, BBA, B.Com, BVA, BA, B.Sc., BHMCT, B.Des, and Integrated courses at UG level. Minimum eligibility for all courses a pass in 10+2 examination from a recognized board.

Admission to the B.Tech courses shall be done based on the score of the candidates in JEE (Main) conducted by CBSE while admission to Integrated programs in Law is based on the CLAT 2021 score. Admission to all the other courses issued at the University is based on the merit of the candidates in the qualifying examination. B.Sc (Hons) in Agriculture is done on the basis of the JET 2021 score.

JECRC University PG Admission 2023: M.Tech, MCA, MBA, M.Sc

AT PG level, the University offers M.Tech, M.Sc., MCA, MBA, MSW, LLM, and PG Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations. The Minimum eligibility for PG courses is a Bachelor’s degree in relevant specialization from a recognized university except for PG Diploma, for which the minimum eligibility is a pass in 10+2.

Admission to M.Sc and MCA courses will be based on an Entrance Test/Personal Interview conducted by the University. M.Tech admission will be done on the basis of the GATE score. Admission to MBA is based on the CAT/XAT/MAT score followed by GD and PI rounds. While admission to the MSW course depends upon the GD-PI process.

Candidates who want to secure admission to LLM must have a valid score in the CLAT  exam. Selection for PG Diploma is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

JECRC University Ph.D. Admission 2023

In addition to the UG and PG courses, JECRC also offers the Ph.D. degree in19 different fields of research. All these courses are for a minimum duration of two years which can be maximized up to six years.

Minimum eligibility for Ph.D. courses is candidate must have passed a Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks OR member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Selection to the Ph.D. program is done on the basis of a Written Test followed by an Interview.

How to Apply for JECRC University?

JECRC University is conducting its placement drive for 2021-22 passing out batch. The first phase of the placement drive is already completed. Till now, 847 placement offers have been made to the students. Students received placement offers from various multinational companies.

The interim report of JECRC Placements 2022 Phase 1 is out. According to the report, a total of 847 placement offers were made. The highest CTC package of INR 44 LPA was offered by Amazon. The highest number of students were placed by Capgemini. 

Recruiters like Amazon, Capgemini, Accenture, ACTs, LTI, Cloudera, Adobe etc participated in the placement drive.

JECRC University Placements 2022 Report

During the placement drive of 2022 phase 1, the recruiters made 847 placement offers. Students received the highest CTC package of INR 44 LPA. It was offered by Amazon. More than 39 multinational companies will participate in the 2nd phase of the placement drive. The topmost companies offered good CTC packages to almost 70% of the female candidates. 

Multinational companies like HPE, Deloitte, Amazon, Capgemini, Accenture, ATCS, LTI, Meta Cube, Cloudera, Adobe, ZS etc participated in the placement drive.

Highlights of Scholarship

• Candidates shall be required to pay other fees as applicable to the program concerned. Such students shall be required to maintain a minimum CGPA (SGPA in 1st semester) of 8.0 in the subsequent semesters without having any compartment in any subject and minimum 75% attendance in each subject, failing which the Scholarships awarded shall be withdrawn. However, the review of the Scholarship shall be conducted at the end of even semester every year.
• If Scholarship of an admitted student has been withdrawn due to non-compliance of the minimum requirement as above, the same may be restored after the review of the same at the end of next even semester provided the student meets the minimum maintenance criteria of CGPA of 8.0 and 75% attendance in each subject during the period.
• It must be noted that no relaxation in terms of minimum Scholarship maintenance criteria shall be granted. For example, if a student gets CGPA of 7.99 or lower or attendance in any of the subject equal to or less than 74.99 % shall lose the Scholarship.
• In addition, suitable free-ship may be considered for high achievers in the field of sports, sons/daughters of Army Personnel who have been killed in war/ terrorist attack, physically handicapped students etc. on case to case basis.
