Selected candidates must pay a provisional admission confirmation fee of ₹50,000 on or before January 27, 2026. This fee is mandatory and adjustable against the total course fee, provided the payment is made within the deadline.
In addition to the confirmation fee:
- Counselling fee of ₹30,000 for General category candidates and ₹20,000 for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD category candidates would have already been paid at the time of counselling registration. This counselling fee will also be adjusted against the total fee payable.
- Any balance fee (if applicable) must be paid by April 30, 2026, aligning with the university’s fee payment schedule.
What Comes Next? Third Merit List & Timeline
After the second merit list and confirmation fee deadline:
- NLU Delhi will announce the Third Provisional Merit List on February 4, 2026. Candidates who are shortlisted in this round will have to pay the confirmation fee by February 10, 2026 to secure their seats.
- Subsequent lists may be declared later in the admission cycle if seats remain vacant. Students are advised to keep track of all deadlines and official updates to avoid missing crucial timelines.
It is important for all aspirants to follow the official schedule closely and ensure timely payment of fees. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the provisional admission offer, and the seat may be offered to the next eligible candidate.
