CBSE has recently released the final date sheet for the board exams, and the revised evaluation timeline aims to streamline the assessment process. The Board plans to complete the entire evaluation within 45 days from the last examination, which is expected to help announce results well before the start of the new academic session.
According to the board, this timeline will ensure a smooth, transparent, and efficient evaluation mechanism. Teachers assigned as evaluators will report to designated evaluation centres and will follow a strict marking scheme. In some centres, digital evaluation tools will also be deployed for accuracy and uniformity.
The planned 10-day gap between the last exam and the start of evaluation will be utilized for logistical arrangements, training evaluators, and secure transport of answer sheets to evaluation hubs.
The initiative is set to benefit over 30 lakh students appearing for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 exams across India and abroad.
CBSE is committed to declaring results in a timely manner, ensuring students have sufficient time for college admissions and the beginning of the new academic year without delays.
