According to CEE Kerala, qualified candidates who have not applied earlier can now submit their applications online until 12:30 PM on November 20, 2025. Applications must be submitted through the official website cee.kerala.gov.in, in accordance with the conditions outlined in Notification No: CEE/9/2025-TA1 dated 20.02.2025.
Revised Academic Eligibility Criteria
CEE Kerala has announced changes in the eligibility norms for AYUSH admissions:
- Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology.
- The revised criteria apply to all categories.
Stray Vacancy Round 2 to Fill Remaining Seats
CEE confirmed that Stray Vacancy Round 2 will be conducted to fill:
- Vacant seats remaining after Stray Vacancy Round 1, and
- Any additional vacancies that may arise.
The net vacant seat list after the first stray round will be published separately. Fresh applicants who secure a position in the revised rank list will be permitted to participate in Stray Vacancy Round 2. However, this participation is subject to the condition that no previous allotments or admissions are disturbed.
Application Procedure for Fresh Applicants
Candidates can apply through the ‘KEAM 2025 – Online Application’ link available on www.cee.kerala.gov.in. Upon clicking the link, candidates will be redirected to the online application page.
Applicants must complete the five-step online application process detailed in Clause 7.4 of the KEAM 2025 Prospectus. After submission:
- Candidates must download and retain the Application Acknowledgement Page for future reference.
- No printout or physical documents are required to be sent to the CEE office.
CEE emphasized that candidates who have already submitted an application under KEAM 2025 should not apply again. Multiple applications will result in cancellation of candidature, as per KEAM 2025 prospectus norms.
Reservation Claims & Required Certificates
Fresh applicants seeking consideration for:
- Reservation category seats, or
- Income-based fee concessions,
must upload the necessary supporting documents along with the online application, including:
- Community Certificate
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for State education purpose)
- EWS Certificate
- Income Certificate
These candidates will be considered only for reservation categories with vacancies remaining after Stray Round 1.
CEE has clarified that no opportunity will be provided later to submit supporting documents.

Before submitting a fresh application, all candidates should carefully read:
- The Notification dated 20.02.2025, and
- The Government-approved Prospectus for Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Medical & Medical Allied courses.
