The last date to pay the application fee is November 18, 2025, while the correction window for making any changes in the form will remain open from November 20 to November 21, 2025.
CMAT 2026 Exam Pattern
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) will be conducted by NTA in a three-hour Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
The question paper will include 100 questions for a total of 400 marks, divided into the following five sections:
- Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation
- Logical Reasoning
- Language Comprehension
- General Awareness
- Innovation & Entrepreneurship
The exam evaluates a candidate’s aptitude for admission to MBA and other management programmes for the academic session 2026–27.

How to Apply for CMAT 2026
Candidates can follow these steps to complete their online application:
1. Visit the official NTA CMAT website: www.cmat.nta.nic.in
2. Click on the ‘CMAT 2026 Registration’ link available on the homepage
3. Register yourself by entering basic details
4. Fill in the complete online application form
5. Pay the application fee through online payment mode
6. Submit the form and download the confirmation page
7. Take a printout for future reference

- ₹2500 – General (Male) candidates
- ₹1250 – General (Female), GEN-EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD, PwBD & Third Gender candidates
