Counselling?
The Centralised Admission
Process (CAP) is the online counselling system conducted by the State
CET Cell, Maharashtra, for admission to undergraduate management programmes
such as:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)- Bachelor of Business Administration in Management (BBAM)
- Integrated MBA Programmes
Admissions are allotted based
on merit, category, preferences submitted by candidates, and seat availability
in participating colleges.
How to Check Seat Allotment Status
After each counselling round, candidates can check their allotment status by following these steps:
1. Visit the Maharashtra State CET CAP portal.
2. SelectCAP 2026–2027.
3. Click on the BBA/BMS tab.
4. Enter:

Betterment (Not Freeze) Option
Candidates who receive a seat that is not among their first six preferences may choose the "Not Freeze" (Betterment) option.
By selecting this option:
