The seat matrix will include All India Quota (AIQ) seats, Deemed and Central Universities, Private Institutions, and DNB seats. MCC will manage 50% of AIQ seats for postgraduate medical courses through centralized counselling.

The National Medical Commission (NMC) is yet to finalize approvals for new medical seats and college expansions for the 2025–26 academic session, delaying the complete release of the seat matrix.
